Founded in June 1996, Jiangsu New Talent law firm was a partnership law firm, officially approved by the Department of Justice of Jiangsu Province. New Talent is staffed with 10 partnership attorneys, 37professional attorneys and 17 senior special consultants specializing in fund investment, audit, tax affairs, labor, commerce, the customs, the patent and other fields. In 2004, we invited 12 distinguished law scholars from Soochow University as our professional consultants. Soochow University enjoys great prestige in China.
